Our training and consultation service is designed to increase the capacity and effectiveness of your workplace. We work with both management and front line staff to increase awareness, communication, and productivity resulting in a healthier work environment. This will allow you to be more profitable and responsive to changes in your market place.
The training aspect of our service provides educational opportunities for your staff team. This can focus on both internal staff dynamics that create barriers to success or educational seminars on a variety of topics to increase staff team capacity.
Our training services are coupled with 90 days of follow up consultation service. This means that you can contact us by phone or e-mail at anytime with questions or concerns about the implementation of the training concepts. This allows us to be responsive to issues that arise as your staff team practices what they have learned.

Services for Community Agencies:
The staff of Peter Martyn and Associates understands the complexity of clients involved in social service agencies. We can provide staff team training related to some of the underlying issues precipitating involvement with your service.
Training session topics include:
